This wine originates from select West Niagara vineyards situated along the south shore of Lake Ontario. At these sites, shale and limestone soils, varying elevations, and moderating onshore breezes combine to produce a refined style of Chardonnay with bright fruit and a mineral feel unique to this corner of Niagara.
