This wine originates from grapes grown in select West Niagara vineyards situated along the south shore of Lake Ontario. At these sites, shale and limestone soils, varying elevations, and moderating onshore breezes combine to produce an off-dry Riesling with succulent fruit and mineral textures unique to this corner of Niagara.
