This wine originates from selected vineyards in the western stretches of the Niagara Peninsula, lying at various elevations close to the shoreline of Lake Ontario. At these sites, limestone and shale-laced clays combine with moderating onshore breezes to deliver a dry Riesling with vibrant citrus fruit and a mineral feel unique to this corner of Niagara.
