2009 Rosé

Appellation:
VQA Niagara Escarpment

About This Wine:
Our Rosé is vinified in the traditional saignée method form Cabernet Franc grapes grown along the benchlands of the Niagara Escarpment. Once crushed, these grapes remained on their skins just long enough to produce a rosé coloured must. Fermented dry, the resulting wine offers refreshing berry fruit and lively acidity, making it ideal for casual fare any time of the year.
