About This Wine:
This wine originates from selected Niagara Peninsula vineyards, situated at varying elevations near the south shore of Lake Ontario. At these sites, moderating onshore breezes and a mix of limestone and shale soils provide ideal conditions for Pinot Gris, producing a wine with the crisp fruit and supple textures typical of this classic, cool-climate variety

Medium straw in colour with primary aromas of Honeydew melon, orange blossom and lemon merengue over top notes of honeycomb and dried herbs. A crisp thread of acidity brings clarity and lift, drawing persistent notes of pink grapefruit and citrus rind, along with a light spiciness, into the finish
