About This Wine:
This wine originates from our Cave Spring Vineyard, located on a hillside of the Niagara Escarpment overlooking Lake Ontario known as the Beamsville Bench. Here, moderating on-shore breezes allow for the full ripening of this aromatic grape, resulting in a richly textured wine with classic varietal traits of spice and exotic fruit.
