2017 Riesling Dry, Niagara Peninsula

So this week, I turned my column over to a few local sommeliers and asked them to share their favourite wines at the LCBO… Here’s what they came back with…

First up was director of wine Myles Harrison at Louis Louix of The St. Regis hotel.

His selection under $20 is Cave Spring Riesling Dry from Niagara. “I always have a bottle of this wine in the fridge,” he says. “It’s bright and fresh, and the acidity is energizing. It also has something to offer mid-palate, which I appreciate – especially at that price.”
