Why should I join myCave Club?

Earn Rewards! myCave is the only wine club in Canada to offer rewards, with every wine shipment.

myCave Club gives you the opportunity to receive 2 or 4 bottles of Cave Spring wine, including many winery-only offerings, shipped to you on a regular basis.  

Every time wine is delivered to your door, earn Cave|Inn Rewards that can be redeemed for indulgences at Inn On The Twenty.

It’s easy, convenient, and also makes a great gift.


How can I join?

There are many ways to join myCave Club:

What does myCave Club shipment include?

Wine! 

2 or 4 bottles of Cave Spring wine, shipped to you every month or every other month, along with tasting notes about each wine and a recipe from our Chef at Inn On The Twenty restaurant. Many of the wines are winery exclusive.

Rewards! 

Join myCave Club and you also receive Cave|nn Rewards. With every wine shipment you accumulate rewards which can be redeemed for:

o Dining at Inn On The Twenty Restaurant and the Jordan House

o Accommodation at Inn On The Twenty and the Jordan House Hotel

o Spa treatments at Spa On The Twenty

o Cave Spring tastings, events, apparel and wine accessories

When you log into your account at cavespring.ca, you can see how many rewards you have and click here to see what you can receive for your rewards.


How can I earn more rewards?

There are 3 easy ways to earn rewards with the Cave Inn Rewards program

Buy wine at:

1. Cave Spring Wine Shop – present your Cave Inn Rewards card with wine purchase

2. Online at cavespring.ca – login to your account and every online purchase earns you added rewards

3. myCave Club – you start accumulating rewards after the first shipment, and even better, with each subsequent shipment


Can I give a myCave Club as a gift? 

A myCave Club makes a great gift. When you have the full mailing address and email information, order online at wineshop.cavespring.ca, email us at wineshop@cavespring.ca, or call us at 905.562.3581 ext. 304 or 1.888.806.9910 ext. 4 (7 days a week)


When can I expect to receive my Wine Club shipment?

You can expect to receive your first shipment within 2 weeks of filling out your myCave Club Enrollment Form. Each shipment thereafter will be sent to you approximately the same time each month.


Who delivers the wine?

We use Canada Post to deliver the wine throughout Ontario. 


What if I’m not home to receive my shipment?

Someone over the age of majority must sign for delivery. Because it is alcohol, by law Canada Post cannot leave the package.

If you are not home, Canada Post will leave a Delivery Notice card indicating where you can pick up your package at the nearest Canada Post outlet, within 15 days. If you don’t pick up your package within that time, Canada Post will send the shipment back to us, and we will contact you to ensure we have the correct shipping information, and then re-ship it out again.

Canada Post also offers FlexDelivery where you can have your shipments sent to a convenient post office near your work or home.

Another option would be to have your wine shipped to the workplace if there is someone there to sign for the package. 


What happens if I move, change credit cards or want to change my club type? 

It’s easy to make those changes. Just login to your account and follow the steps to update your payment information, profile and shipping address, change club type, and to see your current rewards. 


Can I pick up myCave Club shipments at the winery?

Yes you can! We will hold your shipment at Cave Spring Wine Shop and when you pick up your wine, spend a few minutes enjoying your member perks.


I live outside of Ontario, can I have my wine shipped to me?

Unfortunately we only ship myCave Club shipments to addresses within Ontario.


How much is the Wine Club?

2 bottles every month for $48 per shipment

4 bottles every month for $90 per shipment

4 bottles every other month for $90 per shipment

And with each shipment, you automatically earn rewards!


How do I pay for myCave Club shipments?

Payment is made by credit card.  All payments are processed prior to each shipment.  Unfortunately we do not accept debit, cash or cheque.


What happens if I change my credit card or my credit card expires?

Just login to your account at wineshop.cavespring.ca and follow the easy steps to update your payment information. If you have any questions, you can call us at 905.562.3581 ext. 304 or 1.888.806.9910 ext. 4 (7 days a week).


Are the wines in myCave Club available at the LCBO?

There is a full selection of Cave Spring wines in myCave Club, with many being winery-exclusive. 


How long do I stay with myCave Club?

Unless it’s a gift, myCave Club is open-ended and will not be cancelled unless you login to your account at wineshop.cavespring.ca or call the winery at 905.562.3581 ext. 304 or 1.888.806.9910 ext. 4 (7 days a week).


What if the wine is broken or damaged during shipping?

This happens very rarely, but if it does happen, we will be happy to send a replacement bottle and you will receive the wine within a week. Send us an email at wineshop@cavespring.ca or call the winery at 905.562.3581 ext. 304 or 1.888.806.9910 ext. 4 (7 days a week).


What if I receive a corked / faulty / off bottle of wine?

We will mail you a replacement bottle right away and you will receive the wine in a week. Send us an email at wineshop@cavespring.ca or call the winery at 905.562.3581 ext. 304 or 1.888.806.9910 ext. 4 (7 days a week).
