At Cave Spring Vineyard we are part of a growing community of wine lovers sharing a passion for great winemaking. We strive to create one-of-a-kind events that are as pleasurable for the seasoned connoisseur as they are for those new to the world of wine.

In this spirit, we host a variety of experiences, from intimate wine and food pairings and al fresco vineyard tastings, to seasonal wine and culinary celebrations and winemakers lunches.

Beyond our two tasting rooms in Jordan Village and the Beamsville Bench, we also host or participate in a variety of events in and around our region, across the country and in select international locales. From winemaker dinners to industry tastings and seminars, these events offer wine lovers a vinous exploration of Cave Spring Vineyard.



We are extremely excited to funk things up this summer at our brand new tasting room along the Beamsville Bench. Our very favourite 'funklectic' DJ Tanner will be juggling, scribbling and spinning his funkadelic vibes at CSV on select Saturdays this summer. We want everyone to have a spectacular summer and our new tasting room is destined to be the place for you to chill out and let it all go.

All that is required from you is a relaxed vibe, a fabulously thirsty palate and your favourite peeps to get your groove on with.

Also joining the merriment are our special guests Rise Above Bakery and Restaurant, Niagara's first vegan restaurant. Each date they will be sharing some of their favourite and most delicious vegan fare.

We are joining forces once again with our friends at The Culinary Studio for a Wine & BBQ Cooking Class! This Italian-Inspired menu will pair magically with the fantastic wines from Cave Spring Vineyard. Our hosts (the chefs & the winemaker) will seamlessly guide you through the tasting, and the cooking to make for a memorable summer evening.

*Brut & Pinot!! Our first pairing is the Cave Spring Dolomite Brut! A winery exclusive, this sparkling has lemon-drop acidity on the edges, with a lingering, lightly saline finish of citrus pith, toasted seeds and pie crust. Perfect with our grilled seafood course.
Our second pairing is the 2019 Pinot Noir Niagara Escarpment: the perfect red for BBQ, this wine is all about where it is grown. Silky tannins and succulent red currant fruit, with sweet, supple edges; the tannins soften and taper into a lengthy finish, melding effortlessly with persistent notes of ripe red and black berries, cedar and white pepper.



Join Cave Spring and yoga guru Abbey Morris for a healthy and rejuvenating escape to Niagara wine country. Enjoy a day filled with yoga, wellness, strolling, local food and the very best in sustainable, vegan wines. Let the innate harmony of the Niagara Escarpment sooth and revitalize your body, soul and palate. Begin the day with a gentle and revitalizing yoga practice followed by a stroll through Cave Spring Vineyard. Visit our neighbours at Malivoire Wine Company, the first gravity-flow winery in Canada, for an engaging wine and cheese experience to keep you fueled for the journey back to CSV. Cap off this spectacular day with a delicious catered lunch from local café Revalee, paired with a glass of wine. Take home a bottle of Cave Spring and Malivoire wines as a token of this unforgettable experience. Each date will have a different and unique theme to the experience.
